Iiiiiii dunno. I got some mad Joker vibes hearing Don talk. I know it's wishful thinking but wouldn't be the first time the Jedi master voiced a character in a SE game.

Hamill voiced Joker in the 90's Batman animated series. Hamill also voiced Eraqus in KH:BBS.

Like I said, probably wishful thinking on my part but if it isn't Skywalker himself, then the guy doing Don Corneo would do a fantastic Mark Hamill impression. Juuuuust sayin'.

After realizing the CAT trio scene is actually from the Train Graveyard and not the Wall Market sequence, I am guessing that the Tifa pull-up mini-game is probably from after the Plate drops and the party goes through Wall Market to get to Shinra HQ (I had forgotten that they do return to Wall Market post-plate drop). So I guess Tifa isn't joining Cloud and Aerith for the Miss Cloud outfit mini-quest sequence. The trailer just has some very clever editing. The only actual Wall Market scenes I guess were the Aerith dress shot and Don Corneo introduction parts.

She did voice works before. I don't think her being a ytber had anything to do with their choice, it just happened. She didn't even play FF7 before.

Squenix is sitting on footage of Red XIII (and possibly others) for another "get hyped" trailer to release later.

There's a very short clip wherein what is clearly the hundred gunner is doing battle...

...which in the OG was in the very late stage of midgar, right before the motorcycle chase and leaving the city.

And after recruiting Red XIII to the team.

Where is Nanaki, Square Enix?! Where are you hiding him?!

@Vyzzuvazzadth even noticed that that scene with Tifa alone seems to take place near the pillar in Shinra HQ and that the same pillar is right next to the famous car the party is leaving in. So they are hiding Red for sure. I mean, they just showed us all the Turks and two summons, they have to keep some secrets for later.

I second this question.

I'd like to say we'd get another trailer come the end of TGS with Nanaki in it, like we had at E3 with Tifa, but I doubt it.

Is it confirmed that the scene with Tifa and Cloud in the room with the bed is from their cell in Shinra HQ? I couldn't tell, and I thought it looked kinda grungy for the Shinra HQ building. Could it be a room in the slums/7th Heaven?

Not only do you not meet Elena til later, she is not a member of the Turks yet. She is promoted after you injure Reno in the fight on the pillar

And yeah I first thought it was their cell, Theo. But I didn't notice the wood floor. It could be in 7th Heaven

It doesnt look like the cell. It has wooden floor, some boxes and other personal stuff and - I'm not sure about that yet - a TV on the wall. So just seems like a room in 7th heaven. Wich is good, coz I always wondered where they all sleep.
