Yeah, the devs have said it here and there that ME peeps should save their ME3 files. I wouldn't be surprised in the least if a spin-off were to be created. I certainly don't think quality would suffer either if they did go that route.

I think those are cannibals. They're husks created by fusing humans and batarians. They regain their health by eating fallen enemies. They're probably gonna be real bitches to kill in the game.
