I always wondered how that worked, is/are there some employee(s) who've never been caught who are able to get the pages/scans before they even get on the stands, or is like a hacker gets them from the publisher's severs or something?

I've wondered the same thing, but because content falls off sometimes (like groups can't get a raw until a lot later), it leads me to believe that it's ALWAYS leaks from within the industry itself, rather than a consistent external hack of any kind.

So, it looks like the plot of The Last: Naruto The Movie is that the new moon that they sealed Kaguya in wasn't put out into orbit far enough, and is slowly pitching down and is gonna hit the earth as a massive meteorite and basically wipe everything out, and they have to find a way to stop it.

But wait it can't be the moon that Kaguya was sealed as that moon was created in a different dimension, so it must be the original moon that is falling.

Either way it sounds like Naruto meets Majora's Mask.

Someone translated the descriptions:

Ino's description reads; "She became an alluring beauty! ...
With her spicy expression, her sexiness is multiplied!
Her hair that was a ponytail is now let down."

Kiba's design reads; "He transformed into a wild man!
Kiba had the most changes out of anyone, with his clothes,
hairstyle, and his beard on his chin."

Shino's design has the text; "He now has a cool and sharp impression!
It might be because of his collar that used to stand up, but the lines
on his face are now easy to see.

I haven't seen a bigger version of the scan yet, but someone blew the images up a bit

There's also the fact that everyone else has a head on image but her that makes me think there's some sort is significant update that's yet to be revealed about her character, but I don't know what that could be…

According to the information, this databook will have information 270 shinobi and 240 jutsu, plus contain the bonus chapter "Road to Naruto". It will be 400 pages long.

While I agree with most people that the wait for a new databook has been quite long (it has been 6 years, and one month since the Third Databook was released), I personally believe that Kishimoto should have waited until Volume 72 has been published. This way, there will be even more information in Databook IV, and the longer wait will feel much more rewarding. Because Databook III covered Chapters 245-402 (Volume 28-43), I suspect the same will apply for Databook IV, which depends on when it is actually released.

I'm kind of concerned she's going to get pretty darn injured, enough to leave some kind of grim facial scar. It's the kind of thing they'd do, those sick bastards.
