Actual conversation while I was playing hard mode on front of my mom
Mom: oh I know him! I don't know his name though.
Me: Thats Barret!
Mom: Oh Barret! Yes that suits him.
Me: Do you know the blondie's name?
Mom: Of course! That's Storm! Such a pretty name for a boy
...now all I can think about is stupid weather-based insults people can hurl at our boi through part 2.
Is there some sort of premium I can pay to have the voice actresses for Tifa/Aerith/Jessie say "Cloud, you nimbus! "
(also - she thought Tifa was Shinra... Aerith was almost right, she called her "Airy" which is a very cute nickname)
The way I keep imagining part 2 opening is on the truck ride at the beginning of the Nibelheim flashback. A stormy night, shots of the surrounding scenery, then into the truck with the motion sick troop talking to Sephiroth, and Cloud butting in. Once the truck crashes, Cloud and Sephiroth get out and then it seamlessly transitions into the battle from the cutscene.Do you think we'll get a new intro movie for part 2 that feeds right into the story the way part 1/OG does?
Or is it going to be more like generic intro credits where we just get clips of the characters doing things or locations we may see flash by?
I'm leaning towards the a non story intro credits because I can't for the life of me think what the opening cutscene would be. The Neiblheim flashback would be too long, and the leisurely stroll through the desert to Kalm hardly seems like an interesting opening movie.
One of my dreams is a beggining with the flashback. I mean, I'm 100% sure they know that. They have confirmed seen videos of Max where he specifically talks about it, so unless they jump that part, they know that as an idea.
And honestly, even with all the mindfuckery of the ending, it would still be amazing. Specially because they can put it as the reality, just like in the original, and use the Zack Alive thing to effect with it. I dont know how, but yeah. An idea atleast.
No, they need to save at least 10 hours for the expanded Chocobo Farm.Nibelheim flashback, but there's a lot of weird whackadoo memory stuff going on, and it's the entire 40-hour game
That Midgardsörmr final boss fight is going to be hella dope.
