So speaking of the "discredited" Crisis Core Ultimania.

I noticed others translated a line as "She and Cloud came to realize their feelings to each other in the end of the story"
Whereas on this site it is "She and Cloud came to realize their feelings for each other in the end of the story".

The first one just sounds...odd. Then upon further spying reading it seems that with "to" it can mean anything. While "for" is well, decidedly less ambiguous.

Was this ever "officially" translated? Why the discrepancy?

Also this stuck out. "Tifa becomes the only witness to Cloud’s blurry memory, and she also plays an important role in regaining his true self". Now correct me if I am wrong(I haven't acctually read Maiden). But doesn't Aerith look on from the outside and gets to see the "real" Cloud during this?

If that is so then we have yet another thing that discredits it yes?

It boggles my mind as to why people who argue for Clerith want Maiden to be canon when it is so obviously anti-Clerith.
