You'll cash my coupon?
I'll exchange it for what you wanted, yes.
I fronted this idea somewhere in dis here tred.
I recall laughing at it then, too.
Sumtin like that. They'll call me a Cloti in Clerith's clothing, and say that my Clerith fanclub is made for fanon DESPITE me saying I believe it's canon, and other members think of it as canon.
It's because you are civil with us, and we you, Channy.
But basically, they banned me because I asked them to be more open minded and provided an ACC example or two. Can't remember ezzactly, lost the post and all replies to it were deleted as well. IT'S AS IF I NEVER EXISTED TO THEM AND IT NEVER OCCURRED
I think there's photographic proof of it, though. Might be mistaken about that.
I once posted a Cloti YouTube music vid there. The song was basically about one-sided or unrequited love, which I felt is the kind of situation Tifa is in. The thread was closed, moved to the thread graveyard, and I got a PM from Anastar asking me why I would post such a thread. And I'm like "yeesh".
But yeah, generally nothing pro-Cloti is allowed. There's a whole subforum for anti-Cloti, though, where evidence against them is discussed and evidence for them debunked. I didn't even think my posting the vid was a big deal until the thread got vaped.
Like I said man, toe the party line.
In this spirit of Cloti/Clerith reconciliation I'd like to remind everyone of the fanfiction where Cloud and Tifa show Aerith's corpse that words aren't the only way that show how one's feeling.
That's pretty bad. Spirit lover bad, even.
It's that nothing Cloti is allowed, Period, and a major anti subforum.
Let me contrast this with Stardestroyer.net. A website about how the empire would crush the feddies and their allies in a military throwdown. Pro-trek arguments are not disallowed, are not grounds for banning under the rules, liking trek in various ways, hell, even writing pro-trek warfics and posting them to the forum is still allowed.
And that's from a man who makes absolutely no pretensions to civility in his forum, and even has rules against net nannying and enforcing logical rigor, which a lot of the pro-trek folks display a blatant lack of.
