So I'm about to choose a World server (European based). Now stuck in the process because I'm waiting for my friend Dipsiel to tell me what World server he is on, so that I might interact with him if I decide to play beyond the trial version. ...OR I could choose a World server that players here chose? What World server is this group on?

I'm more than happy to play with you guys but I run my own end game raiding FC so I wont be swapping FC's. Maybe I'll join with my Alt when he comes back from Balmung. But still it's nice to see that this place is still going on strong and is active on FFXIV.

EDIT: I had a look at your website. For the record I'd join a raiding team if I didn't have to join the FC (for obvious reasons I can't leave this one), I've struggled to find a raiding team since I've been focused on gearing and EX primals for so long and I'm bound to the TLS FC

I have raid from 19:30ST to 22:30ST were getting pretty close to our T9 Savage kill now so the guys would be annoyed if I skip. If you want to do anything before though I'm game, I wont be home from work until 18:00 though. I've actually had the nightmare twice now, felt so bad winning the second roll when I realised it wasn't the Ifrit pony

I rolled on the garuda pony last night and someone else did the same thing, thought it was nightmare and rolled again. I had the second highest roll behind him. Fury.

So far I've only gotten the lame Shiva pony, and that was when I was trying to get the stupid daggers (which took roughly 25-30 runs).

Titan's the only one with good music. Maybe Garuda, if I'm in the mood, or Ramuh.

Shiva's is so goofy after it changes...just like Leviathan.

Speaking of Leviathan, I was in a levi farm party yesterday and you know how the dude in the song starts going "leviathan, leviathan!" (see 1:14 below)

Well this happens when the Gyre Spumes spawn, and in my head I always go "gyre spume, gyre spume" to the tune of the music because it sounds the same. I brought this up in party chat and it was truly like something a really awkward person says in an american movie about high school.

I was like "does anyone else do this" and I got one response. "No."

I'm now only lacking ARM and CUL as 50 crafts (they're 35/37, respectively), and as I just finished BSM tonight, I've started working on my Militia offhands. Too bad Darksteel crafting is so expensive ;.;

Once I rebound, though, I can finish up and get my damn desynthing done. It's killing me not being able to get my Clotho Supra ;.;

tldr once I'm able to switch servers I'm coming in hot

If you're talking about switching to us you can do it any time. The forms are cleared in a certain order and you have to do it at a time when there are no character creation restrictions.

If you really do want to come to Cerbs, you'll 100% have to do it before Heavensward drops (or a couple of months afterward), and not at the weekends.

Quietest time is a Monday/ Tuesday before the weekly reset. Restrictions are always lifted between 12am to around 11am server time (which is GMT), so you should enact your transfer early morning where you are.

Got my NIN to 50 yesterday, after half-assing it for the longest time. Took a celebratory picture while soaking in the Limsa sun.

So I just dropped a couple million gil on SOME of the materials needed to craft the Free Company airship. I've got them in a retainer inventory for now but when we can clear out a tab in the Company Chest I'll throw them in there.

Spoiler: Here is a list of what we still need

darksteel plate 36
varnish 18
darksteel ingot 18
vanya silk 6
cobalt joint plate 48
steel joint plate 54
mythril rivets 60

I don't already have them either due to not having the gil or more likely not seeing enough supply on the market board. Whoever wants to pick up some of these, go ahead.

In the meantime, we need lvl 50 Carpenters, Blacksmiths, Armorers, Weavers and Leatherworkers to actually take these materials and add them to the Airship. People?
