What the fuck, you just played into two rumors that are patently false, fucker.
Fuck you, marketing value always trumps well-reasoned arguments.

LOL Zombie Hulk Sephiroth
Someone needs to draw that. Now.
That you can recruit Boxer the fucking Goblin into your party
That FFVII is the best game evar. I'm fine if you think it's the best, but don't say it like it's a fact .
I'm usually pretty good at accepting canon stuff, but I still think this is stupid. How the hell does he do it? It's not a materia, right? He was just born with it, he's a freakin' mutant. What was so wrong with Shinra building an AI-controlled robotic cat that could be overridden and controlled directly by Reeve? I mean that's essentially what it is anyway, but they made it weird.
And why does he only use it on Scottish cat toys? Why didn't he just Inspire the Sister Ray to not listen to Hojo
Actually, it turns things into scottish cats, like the Moogle doll that was the basis for CS4.
Presumably, there's a size limit to what he can bring to life, that or a complexity issue.
That the "500 years later" clip is a secret ending of FFVII. There's a YouTube video of it, and that's what they claim. So secret, all you need to do is watch all the credits. OMFG~!
That definitely all humans were wiped out/the world ended 500 years after FF7. It's a fine enough theory, but all they show is Midgar. There's no proof that the other towns are or aren't thriving as well. (I always thought it was just symbolic of the fact that the Planet recovered and it had reclaimed the city who abused the Planet the worst.)
A valid point, but Reeve uses Inspire to control the flow of Mako from the Midgar Reactors after Omega tries to draw power from them. Suggests he may have developed his talents by then
It could be familiarity with the systems. That or the systems limiting the flow is rather simple to control.
We know almost nothing of Inspire's limits or powers, so we're entirely spitballing here.
True
And while we're on the subject, why the fuck is that when President Shinra appears for the first time in the game outside the No5 Reactor he says to Cloud 'so you are the one who quit SOLDIER and joined AVALANCHE'? It makes no fucking sense since Cloud was never in SOLDIER and has been basically AWOL for 5 year. Why SE, why!?!?!?!
He's only going by the information Don Corneo told him, which in turn is what he's heard Cloud going on and on about.
President Shinra of course says he's never seen him before.
It's not so much Shinra believing it, more so he's just parroting what the intel says about Cloud. Inaccurate as it may be.
Isn't there smoke coming from Midgar during the ending? At least that's what I read in one of the books, which is supposed to represent mankind surviving.
The legend that Mako knows what he's talking about.
S & G said:I assume you mean here that Corneo's spies were in Seventh Heaven after Tifa found Cloud and reported to him?
Tetsujin said:There is smoke if I recall correctly, though I think you can barely make it out between all the compression artifacts and macroblocking.
Eat shit.
Yeah. Clearly they'd be around the bar and listening in awhile, so they probably reported this info to Corneo, who in turn reported to Shinra, who this "new" AVALANCHE was and who were members.
LAWL
Eat shit.
The fandom assumption that Sephiroth is the strongest fictional character ever to exist.
While we're on this list of nonsensical discussions, let me toss in "people think Cloti is canon".
I'm currently arguing with someone about how FF6's Aria de Mezzo Carraterre (the opera song that Celes sings) is not a "rip-off" of Aerith's Theme.
Alternate time-space continuum FTW!
