I go in to pick up my copy of BlazBlue: Continuum Shift, and after looking around for five minutes, the staff member serving me checks the release book. He then cheerfully(!!) informs me that they've decided not to stock in except online, as it's a small release.

What, you're not fulfilling my preorder so you can keep those ten copies of The X Factor, that no-one is interested in? Fuck you.

Also, telling me that it's OK, I can order it online at your store? After all the dicking around you've given me over this game, do you really think I'd order it online from you guys? Especially as I can get it cheaper elsewhere?

Anyway, they either gave me the wrong date when they told me it was going to be released, or it's been put back another week. Play.com has the release date as next Friday. Preordered the Limited Edition with them, £10 off the RRP, and free delivery.

And it seems we get an exclusive 96pg art book in the EU. <3

I went to the local swimming pool yesterday afternoon with a friend.
I was just about to go off for a swim when I noticed all these brown/black things inside this plastic covering of the light in my changing room.
At first, I didn't know what it was so I stepped up onto the bench to have a closer look. As I tapped the plastic, the whole cover fell off, followed by
a load of cockroaches that rained on both me and the clothes I'd folded.

I didn't go swimming after that, I was practically shaking.

Bugs... My worst nightmare. How I fucking hate them, they make my skin crawl ugh.

Though in all fairness it was probably my fault for touching the light in the first place.

What's worse, most of them are supervisors, the trainer, or specialists (basically the middle ground between sups and what I do). They KNOW better.

It's the same at my workplace. And the office manager is probably the loudest. Especially as she chooses to shout at people while they're on the phone to customers.

We have two tvs with ads on them in the store. I turn them down so I can hear customers on the phone and talking right in front of me. Then I get told it's too low. Everyone else has worked there long enough to zone it out I guess.

The sad thing is that I had the volume on the phone cranked ALL THE WAY UP. And had TOLD them they were getting loud and asked them (extremely poliitely at first, and then a bit more rudely, scowl included) to keep it down a bit. -__-

It just drives home the fact that I hate my job and can't fucking wait to move to goddamn Canada.

Also pissing me off: not being able to get anything done. Maybe I've been hanging around SIenna too much, but I like being productive, even if it's in frivolous ways =/
