i just picked up demon's souls, so i'm running through that right now. and then i'm helping my brother play kingdom hearts which really means i'm playing kingdom hearts while he watches. it's a decent game though, not in comparison to demon's souls, but i'm not complaining.

Forgot to say that I completed the escort mission. One class of demon has this neat skill where you can switch places with any other friendly character within a certain distance. Another class allows you to sacrifice some health to move further. Had both accompany the MC, and speeded over to the distressed damsel PDQ. And the teleport switch landed her right in front of another of my party who had a Pixie (a master healer) in their team.

Right now, had my first battle with other demon-summoning humans. Also, managed to fuse a Jack Frost.

I gotta say, the graphics are very pretty. All the attack animations look really nice and the sprites are all so crisp. It certainly looks a hell of a lot better than the DS version, that's for sure. :monster:

Also, the ability to switch between the original BGMs or the fancy new arrangements is a cool idea.

Another escort mission. This time though, there are three teams of three civilians instead of the lone one I dealt with previously. You've also got to stop the demons from reaching your deployment area.

I just discovered Counterfeit Medals and will now have all my characters, even the ones not in the active party, use them to reach level 100 before heading to the frontline. It's so addictive.

I really like Welch, too. I cracked up at the PA where she receives 50,000 fol under the table from that weapons shop dude in Lacuer. She's a little devil and her giggling animation is adoramous.

*&%$#@£@#%&* cosplayer camgirl. Why're you challenging demons that're higher levels than mine? ;.; F*&%ing party limit, only letting me carry around 24 demons.

I'll have to choose which ones I want to keep, and which ones I have to fuse into higher level demons. Pity I've spent so much time levelling up with some of them I have specific strategies that, now they're outclassed, I can't use any more. >:I

Portal 2, :monster:. It's entertaining, so far, but I can't see much replay value in it at the moment. Of course, this could change once I discover a wealth of community-generated content.

Valve has a potential goldmine in releasing smallish (one-chapter?) long DLCs every month or so, level packs and the like. With a good quantity of lulz, of course.

Multiplayer maps are where it will be at, though I would not mind additional single player expansions.
Portal The flash version mappack was damn good fun.

Conterfeit Medals + Replication = awesomeness.

I agree. My personal favorite Welch PA is the one in Krosse, where she's getting Ashton and his dragons to sing xD; Her choice of weapon pretty amazing and in character for her too.

I'm also fond of the Dias PAs too (why didn't they give him any original game is beyond me) and they've raised his character a notch for me (especially the armlock one). Oh, and it's pretty cool that you get to have a rematch with him as Claude in the remake (Rena's route only, I think).
