OT: going into a bakers I regularly visit, and ask for a sausage roll. While getting one from the tray, the person serving me finds one that was only two-thirds the usual size. Puts it in the bag for free.

Reinforced the fact that I had King of the World by Porcelain and the Tramps in my head. Yeah, I'm the f**kin king of the world, do as I please. XD

Also, on the bus home, a water bottle hits me in the back of the foot. I take my headphones off and ask if anyone's lost their water. An old couple a few seats away from me say that some people who got off earlier had left it behind. When my stop comes up, I take it away with me, which the old couple thank me for cos otherwise it could cause people to slip up. I tell the bus driver about it, but he has nowhere to put it. I offer to dispose of it at home, and he says "if you could that'd be great, thanks".

TL;DR version of last paragraph - doing a good deed and people appreciating it, instead of looking at you like they're trying to work out what you get out of it.
