Don't ellipses mean when you drift off at the end of a sentence? Normally dashs are used for cutting off sentences.

28 Weeks Later. This movie really sucks. I was so disappointed because I'd really liked 28 Days later and thought that this would be at least okay but bleh. It's like they took everything good about the first one and make it lame and overused.
