Just as a whole on Elfe, is it weird that I had an idea for a FF7 sequel where she returns to help Cloud fight some new enemy? Then we get Clefe and the LTD turns on its side...seriously, from what I've read about BC she seemed a cool character, I wouldn't mind her coming back for another game. If nothing else, she's the only swordswoman in the Compilation thus-far.

Aside from that Clefe jibberish, I agree that it would be cool if Elfe returned in a sequal to help Cloud and Co out. Sure she lost all her uber strength when the materia was removed from her but still shes been in hiding since the end of BC, so that's plenty of time to train the old fasioned way and get strong like Avalanche does in FF7.

@Smaddy: I doubt it could have been avoided simply because the group were afraid Sephiroth would use one of the clones to solve the Temple puzzle and he would take the Materia thus solved it themselves, unaware that Cloud's psyche was fecked and was under Sephiroth's control. No way out.

@Tennyo: I was just making a joke at the expense of something that had been said earlier in the thread about fans believing Tifa would sacrifice herself instead of Aerith at the alter depending on the answers you chose in the game (ie same as gondola ride). And by first Turks battle I was talking about the Gongaga one. It's all nonsense anyway.
