Inasfar as we can see the page (there’s only a quick picture available at this time – check back for updates on that btw), it’s a close-up of Cloud as he appears in Advent Children with the text “Cloud”, “Message” right below that, and “Coming Soon” following it. The original article, at least according to Google Translate, makes comments on “Vol. 1”, “Sequel” and DVD, but the translation’s as cryptic as the original Japanese.

We’ll have it properly translated by one of our translaters when they get online and can work on it. It’s quite possible that this is a preliminary advertisement for Advent Children Complete, a revised and tweaked version of the Advent Children movie, but that is mostly speculation.
Edit @ Oct 23: Member Hitoshura informed us of an uploaded scan of the image, which adds the info “Ascii-Media Works Pub.”, a publisher that earlier published a Cloud artbook of sorts according to some of our members. There’s a good chance that this is an advertisement for a volume 2 of such an art book now.

Hopefully this is some sort of advertisement campaign to re-alert the overall public to the blu-ray / extended version of Advent Children.
Hopefully it’s something completely new – I wouldn’t, for example, mind a sequel to AC, or another movie based off the series. Although I doubt that’s going to happen, the compilation’s pretty much worn out now.
So CLOUD Vol. 2 is coming out?
Wonder what trailers will be on the DVD…

CLOUD vol. 1 was this book….magazine…thingy that came with a trailer DVD.
It was released around the end of last year I believe.

Wasnt “Cloud Message” the original short they were working on, and is being worked on to be included with ACC? I’d imagine the name is related to that.
I remember Nomura talking about it. They originally wanted to make a little film about the children of edge passing on a message to reach Cloud. But then they expanded the idea of “Advent Children” to the feature length story we have now.
I believe that may be what we see in some of the screenshot of the kids that we got last week.
I do think it is Cloud vol. 2, and if its like last years one, it’ll have trailers for all upcoming projects, like dissidia FFXIII and ACC. Hopefully.
“CLOUD: Mysterious “CLOUD message” ad in this week’s Dengeki PS”
The issue of Dengeki PS, to be released this week, seems to have a mysterious ad for “CLOUD message” featuring a close up of Cloud. Perhaps it’s a follow-up to “CLOUD Vol.1”? Maybe there’s be another DVD or something with some bonus footage. I’m looking forward to it.
Given the ‘CLOUD’ title and it being published in Dengeki (published by the same people as CLOUD v.1), it seems likely that it could be Vol. 2.
But the original for AC would be interesting to see.
