Several New Dissidia Gameplay Videos

The Japanese site has been updating with a couple of combat videos from the game. They seem to do a pretty good job at showcasing the characters’ abilities with opponents actually offering some solid resistance. These are our first real good looks at Yuna, Gilgamesh, and Prishe as well as Aerith’s assistance capabilities. Enjoy!

Fuck ya Aeris! The only thing that would have made it better is if Tifa and Aeris hi fived at the end. I think this game is actually making me start liking Tifa. 0_0

Curious that the enemies all seemed to be at a lower level and much weaker. All of the new characters had better items and possibly higher levels than their opponents which probably made it easier for them to win. If the characters really are all that powerful hopefully they will be balanced out by other characters.

Does anyone know each of the assists that were used in each video?

  Aerith used Seal Evil, a healing spell, and Holy. Everyone else just seems to do their basic attack combo.

  If his attack connects he’ll do a full combo, Tifa just kept avoiding that first attack.

If we had Snow in D012, i would lol when seeing Light beat the hell out of Snow.

Anyway, i wish that SE could have done special victory poses when you use different assist characters, like: Light with Cloud, they will stand side by side, one will say “Right”, the other say “Not interested ” lol or Tifa high five with Aerith when when they defeat Cloud :D…
