THIS JUST IN: FINAL FANTASY XIV ONLINE ANNOUNCED AT E3

It is currently set for release exclusively on PS3 in 2010.

Wow….do they make these online games part of the numbered series…And really weird that this ones exclusive to PS3. I’d much prefer XIII be exclusive and this one be multiplatform.

I’m speechless!
i was so excited when i was watching e3 when they announced this…i was like, BOOM YAH!!! and then i got disappointed and shout out fail repeatly (only word that came straight to my mind) when it was revealed that it was online…now i’m not saying that it is a failure or it’s going to be bad, i’m just not an online gamer and this game is doing to me what XI did to me…all the hopes and the last minute, ONLINE…it might be good, but i’m not looking forward to this and gonna skip on it

i actually played XI for a couple years, so when i saw this new trailer, i was actually Dissappointed. Online playing is not fun for me anymore so i too will be skipping this one.
I wanna give it a try. ^^
Ugh, online. That’s a hell of a disappointment. Never been much for playing online, and I’m going to be sad that they are going to draw resources away from the traditional rpgs that made them famous. If they want to dip into the MMORPG money pool, they should have just expanded 11.
Eh, I’m probably just whining. If they want to try something new, eh.

…I’m excited. Not for the game, but because this means XIV isn’t another huge multi-game project like XIII.
So, y’know, maybe this means they’ll finally have some time to do something I find interesting. LIKE THE REMAKE. 😛
*sighs* Another game I won’t play. I just don’t have the resources to devote to MMORPG’s. 🙁
