Dissidia Duodecim, the story of the twelfth conflict between Cosmos and Chaos, and the direct prequel to the original Dissidia has been announced and its trailer’s been released.
As you can see, not only do we get spiffy new characters like Lightning and Kain, but we also get different allegiances, such as Slave Crown Terra fighting for Chaos, new moves for characters from the first game, and entirely new gameplay elements. If Dissidia delivers half the awesome things it seems to be suggesting, it’s definitely going to be just as good as the original and better.
Of course, it’s not just Kain and Lightning who’ve been added to the roster.

Hopefully it has a story and a decent script this time.
I like how it sounds almsot as if the narrator at the end pauses in confusion after saying “Dissidia” before dodgily delivering “…….duodecim.”

Bobby Edner stated in May 2010 he recorded lines for Vaan for a new Final Fantasy game. It is currently unconfirmed if he meant Dissidia 012 or another game to be announced.
I think its for dissidia i mean what other game can have vaan in? another ffxii game, highly doubtfull. He is the protagonist of xii so he must be in dissidia 012

I’m really excited for this! I hope the NA and EU releases aren’t too far away.

What’s strange, is the fact that tifa doesn’t seem to remember Sephiroth. I wonder why. Well, can’t wait to see this 12th battle between Cosmos and Chaos.
Man, Tetsuya Nomura is rocking with the new characters, XD YA!! More action and gun fighting ( well that is, for lighting) still pure awesome !
